A delicious Dutch recipe for minced meat with pineapple and bok choy.

Sprinkle the croquettes with salt and pepper. Let the pineapple drain and collect the moisture.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the croquettes with golden brown and cook in 12 minutes.

Add the onion and fry briefly. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm.

Add the pineapple to the shortening and bake for 2 minutes. Pour the pineapple juice and the stock and add the ketjapmarinadeen sambal.
