Cold meat with capers sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green pepper, garlic, shallot, capers, mayonnaise, mustard (eg Gray Poupon), pork fricandeau (meat or cold meats), ham, salami, lettuce and salt and pepper.

Directions

  1. Sweet pepper, clean and cut into small pieces.
  2. Garlic peel and finely chop.
  3. Chop the shallots and chop very finely.
  4. Chop coarsely.
  5. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, garlic, onion and capers.
  6. Fricandeau, ham and salami cut small.
  7. Wash lettuce and dry (in salad spinner).
  8. Cut half into thin strips.
  9. Slice the meat and chopped strips lightly with capers sauce.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Put the rest of the lettuce on a scale and create the meat mixture in the middle.
  12. Serve with French fries or pasta..
