Directions

  1. Bring 2 large pans of water to the boil. When the water is boiling, put the pasta in one pan and cook for 12 minutes until al dente.
  2. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the bacon in 5 minutes until crispy. Turn halfway. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
  3. In the meantime, remove the stems from the string beans and cut the beans into 2 cm sloping pieces.
  4. Add it to the other pan when the water is boiling and boil for 6 minutes until al dente. Meanwhile, wash the broccoli and cut into florets.
  5. Peel the stem and cut into 1 cm pieces. Cook all parts of the broccoli for the last 3 minutes with the string beans.
  6. Chop the almonds coarsely. Drain the pasta and vegetables. Mix the pasta with the pesto and vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Divide the plates. Crumble the bacon over it and sprinkle with the almonds.
