Slaw wraps with spicy chicken, peach and peanut chicken

Cut the chicken fillet into strips. Heat a frying pan with the sunflower oil. Add the sambal and fry the chicken fillet over a medium-high setting in about 10 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the peanut butter with the lime juice, the soy sauce and ginger. Add some water if necessary to make it more fluid.

Cut the bottom of the head of lettuce, wash and dry the leaves. Fill the lettuce leaves with some spicy chicken and put peach slices next to it. Roll up and serve with the peanut dip.
