Soft chocolate coffee liqueurs
A tasty French recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: sugar, butter, coffee liqueur (liquor), dark chocolate (with coffee (70% cocoa)), eggs (split) and icing sugar.

Sprinkle the inside of the greased cups or jars with sugar. Shake out the excess sugar.

Melt the butter with the chocolate while stirring on a very low heat. When the chocolate has almost melted, remove the pan from the heat and keep stirring until the chocolate shines. Stir in the liqueur and whisk the egg yolks piece-by-piece through the chocolate.

Beat the egg whites in a clean bowl and whisk the icing sugar through the spoon. Pour the chocolate onto the egg white and mix everything lightly. Fill the cups with the mixture and store them in the refrigerator until use.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the cups on the grid in the middle of the oven and fry the soufflés in approx. 15 minutes until done. Delicious with crème fraîche stiffened with vanilla sugar.
