Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the pistachios on medium heat in 5 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the pan, allow to cool on a plate and chop coarsely.
  3. Wash the apple and pear, cut each fruit into quarters, remove the core and cut the quarters into parts.
  4. Halve the lime and press the juice of 1 half above the fruit; the other half of the lime is not used for breakfast for 4 people.
  5. Cut the avocado half in half, remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into thin slices.
  6. Divide the yogurt over the bowls and distribute the fruit, avocado and granola. Garnish with the pistachio nuts.
