Spaghetti with spicy tomato mussel sauce and basil
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh mussels (2 kg), bay leaf, dry white wine, garlic, dried chilli (chille), olive oil, tomato cubes (400 g), spaghetti and fresh basil (15 g).

Wash mussels thoroughly in a container with cold running water. Remove broken shells. Place mussels with bay leaves in large pan and pour white wine. Mussels covered in 5 to 8 minutes cook over high heat until all the shells are open. Pan shake well once in a while. Discard unopened shells. Remove shells from 3/4 of mussels. Leave the rest of mussels in cooking water. Place all the mussels in a cool place until they are cooked.

Garlic peel and chop, chop very finely. Heat oil in pan and fry garlic and chilli pepper for about 1 minute. Add tomatoes with juice and 11/2 dl of mussel juice. Cool the sauce over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Mussels without a shell last 2 minutes in sauce. Heat mussels in shell in mussel liquid. In the meantime, cook spaghetti according to instructions on the packaging in plenty of water with salt. Drain the spaghetti and mix with a mussel-tomato sauce. Large leaves of basil cracks. Mix the basil and mussels in shell with pasta, serve immediately.
