Baked salmon with spicy salsa


Salmon fillet on the skin with a salsa of red pepper, cucumber, coriander and spicy lemon tagine paste.

Directions

  1. Cut the cucumber in quarter lengthwise. Remove the seeds, cut the flesh into long, narrow strips and the strips into small pieces.
  2. Cut the stalk of the pepper. Halve the pepper in the length, remove the seeds and cut the flesh finely. Put with the cucumber.
  3. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Add the grater and juice to the cucumber salsa.
  4. Slice the coriander (including stalks) and add to the salsa. Add extra virgin olive oil, scoop and add salt if necessary.
  5. Brush the salmon fillets with a spoon with tagine paste, except the skin side. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.
  6. Pour in the olive oil and place the salmon on the skin side in the pan. Bake 6 min. Turn and cook for 1 more minute on the other side.
  7. Serve with the salsa. Bon appétit! .
