Spaghetti with tomato and mozzarella
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: spaghetti, (tasty tom) tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, (buffalo) mozzarella ((cheese), diced), basil ((15 g) and in coarse pieces).

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Cross the tomatoes, immerse them in boiling water and remove the skin.

Then cut the tomatoes into cubes.

Store 1 tablespoon of the cooking liquid and drain the spaghetti.

Spoon the spaghetti with the cooking liquid, the oil, the cubes of tomato, mozzarella and the basil and season with salt and pepper.
