Peel the apple and remove the core and cut the flesh into small pieces.

Cut the celery into thin loops.

Mix the apple, celery, leaf parsley with the curry sauce, and salt and freshly ground pepper.

Brush the bread with the apple salad.

Place the slices of grill sausage on the slices.

Garnish with some finely chopped parsley.
