Bruschetta with grilled tomato
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Pain (Mediterranean, roasted) and soft goat's cheese.

Preheat the oven grill to the highest setting. Cut a cap of the tomatoes on both sides and cut them each in 4 slices. Brush with oil and balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with salt. Spread the slices on the baking sheet. Slide the baking sheet 10 cm under the grill and grill the slices on each side for 2 minutes. Put them on a plate.

Place the toasted sandwiches on the baking sheet and spread the slices of tomato over it. Crumble the goat cheese above the tomato. Slide the baking sheet 10 cm under the grill and let the cheese melt in about 3 minutes and light brown.
