Preheat the oven to 225ºC. Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough balls into pieces.

Put a roll of mince on it, fold the sides inwards, roll up and squeeze the seam. Place the sausage rolls with the seam down on the baking tray.

Brush with beaten egg and bake the sausage rolls in the middle of the oven in about 20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
