Directions

  1. Halve a quarter of cucumber in length and scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon.
  2. Cut the halves into tiny blocks.
  3. Cut the feta into tiny cubes and the olives into thin strips.
  4. In a bowl mix the tzatziki with the feta, cucumber, olives and the oregano.
  5. Roast the white bread and spread the spread on it.
  6. Garnish the whole with the oregano leaves.
