Halve a quarter of cucumber in length and scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon.

Cut the halves into tiny blocks.

Cut the feta into tiny cubes and the olives into thin strips.

In a bowl mix the tzatziki with the feta, cucumber, olives and the oregano.

Roast the white bread and spread the spread on it.

Garnish the whole with the oregano leaves.
