A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, yellow pepper, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, seafood cocktail (500 g, frozen), lemon, fresh chives (a 25 g), fresh parsley (a 30 g), rucola salad (30 g) and freshly ground black pepper.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven grill.
  2. Clean the pepper and cut into short strips.
  3. Spread the garlic over the baking dish and mix with 2 tbsp oil.
  4. Introduce pepper strips and spread them over the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Place the dish under grill and roast pepper for 4-6 minutes.
  6. Let the pepper cool down in released moisture.
  7. Meanwhile, dip seafood cocktail in colander for several minutes in hot water and let it drain well.
  8. Clean lemon peel, peel, and crush fruit.
  9. Cut chives, parsley leaves and arugula.
  10. In a lockable bowl dressing beat 2-3 tbsp lemon juice, lemon zest, rest of oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Add chives, parsley, arugula, seafood and pepper strips with the liquid released through dressing.
  12. Keep the salad at least 1 hour so that flavor can develop.
  13. Keep the salad chilled until used..
