Cut the onions into half rings.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onions for 30 minutes on low heat until caramelizing. Scoop occasionally.

Meanwhile, cook the spelled according to the instructions on the package. Drain, return to the pan and leave to stand with the lid on the pan until use.

In the meantime, remove the stalk of the haricots verts, halve and cook in 7 minutes until al dente.

Drain and do with the spelled and caramelized onions in a bowl.

Fry the bacon strips in 6 min. Until crispy over medium heat. Stir with half of the shortening through the spelled.

Bake in the remaining shortening eggs.

Serve the lukewarm spelled salad with the eggs next to it. Yummy! .
