Ingredients
Directions
-
Put the soy sauce, the fish sauce and the salt in a bowl.
-
Slice ginger and garlic, but not so nice that it is no longer visible that it is ginger and garlic. Add to the soy sauce.
-
Squeeze a lime above the bowl and grate some of the skin above the dish.
-
Remove the red pepper from the seeds so that the taste of the red pepper is good to taste and cut it fine. Also cut the coriander and add everything to the marinade.
-
Marinate the meat or fish in the marinade for a few minutes.
