Spicy beans and tilapia in tomato sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, garlic, olive oil, Italian stir-fry vegetable mix (400 g), cayenne pepper, white beans in tomato sauce (850 g) and tilapia (in exotic tomato sauce (a 200 g)).

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Oil in wok heating and stir-fry garlic and vegetables for 5 minutes.

Add Cayenne pepper and white beans and simmer for 3 minutes.

Divide Tilapia into pieces and mix with bean mixture.

Heating for 2 more minutes.

Mix spicy beans into 4 deep plates..
