White Bean Salad With Tuna


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white beans (370 g), onion, lemon, tuna in oil (net approx. 200 g), fresh green tapenade, (freshly ground) black pepper and pistolet.

Directions

  1. Preheat the beans for about 5 minutes in stir-frying beans with moisture.
  2. Peel onion and cut into thin rings.
  3. Clean the lemon and cut into wedges.
  4. Drain tuna, collect oil and stir in approx.
  5. 2 tablespoons of oil with tapenade.
  6. In deep plate, mix tapenade with beans.
  7. Place tuna, onion rings and lemon slices on top.
  8. Sprinkle with pepper.
  9. Serve with pistolet..
