Spicy chicken rolls with tzatziki
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet in cubes (about 300 g), cajun spices (box 30 g), cucumber, butter or margarine, French stir-fry vegetables (frozen, 450 g), shoarma breads (8 pieces), mild yoghurt ( organic, pack a 1 liter) and garlic.

Mix chicken cubes with herbs.

Cucumber and halve.

Remove seeds and grate cucumber.

Sprinkle grated cucumber with salt and drain in a sieve.

Meanwhile, heat butter in frying pan.

Bake chicken in approx.

6 minutes.

Prepare vegetables according to instructions.

Cut open rolls and heat according to instructions.

Leach mixed cucumber with yogurt.

Garlic peel and squeeze out above yogurt.

Season with salt and pepper.

Chicken cubes in sandwiches serve together with vegetables and tzatziki..
