Spicy chocolate milk
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian drink without alcohol contains the following ingredients: whole milk, sugar, cinnamon, cocoa, whipped cream (125 ml), cardamom (fruit (bag of 25 g)) and white caster sugar.

Heat the milk on low heat in a thick-bottomed pan.

Mix the sugar, cinnamon and cocoa and stir in 1 tablespoon of lukewarm milk.

Continue stirring until all lumps are dissolved.

Pour a few tablespoons of warm milk while stirring.

Add the liquid cocoa mixture to the warm milk while stirring.

Let the chocolate boil for 1 minute on low heat.

Turn off the heat and let the chocolate milk stand for a few minutes before serving.

Dampen the cardamom pod and remove the skins.

Beat the whipped cream with the cardamom and the tablespoon white caster sugar.
