Spicy chorizo stew with rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, chorizo sausage (250 g), oil, onions (in half rings), winter carrot ((1 kg bag), in straight slices), tomato cubes (a 400 g), kidney beans (400 g), tabasco (bottle 57 ml) and white rice (bag 1 kg).

Remove the skin from the chorizo and slice the sausage into slices.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Add the chorizo, the winter carrot, the tomato cubes, the kidney beans with the moisture and the tabasco and bring it to the boil while stirring.

Put the lid on the pan and fry the dish for 10 minutes.

Scoop occasionally.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
