Spicy manganese sauce with fresh coriander

Peel the mango and cut the flesh into cubes.

Fry the onion with the curry powder in a small pan with olive oil. Add the cubes of mango and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Puree this mixture with the orange juice in the blender and mix in the mayonnaise and yogurt.

Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste and stir in finely chopped coriander. Serve the mango sauce in a bowl.
