Tortelloni with walnuts, pesto and celery
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: (olive) oil, fresh tortelloni con formaggio e nocci (250 g), celery, walnuts (minced meat) and green pesto (a 100 g tray).

In a pan with water and 1 tablespoon of oil tortelloni cook in about 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean celery, wash and cut into very thin slices (leave sheet for garnishing).

Heat residual oil in frying pan and bake celery for approx.

2 minutes.

Create walnuts and pesto.

Dismantle tortelloni and create by pesto mixture.

Garnish with leaves of celery.

Serve with game dishes..
