Red cabbage with grilled pear and goat cheese

A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sunflower oil, white almonds (box 95 g), red cabbage (in very thin strips), hand pears, red onion (finely chopped), red wine vinegar, olive oil extra virgin and fresh goat cheese (Bettine Chevre frais natural 55 ).

Directions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp sunflower oil in a frying pan. Bake the almonds for 2 minutes. Let them cool down, chop them roughly and keep them separate. Wash the charcoal strips, let them drain, put in a microwave safe dish and cover with microwave foil. Heat at 800 watts for 2 minutes. Wash the pears, cut each in 6 parts and remove the core. Spread the parts with the rest of the oil. Heat the grill pan and grill the pear for about 4 minutes on all sides. Keep separate. Mix the cooled coals with the onion, vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the coals over 4 plates. Place 3 pieces of pear on each plate and spread the goat's cheese over it. Sprinkle with the almonds.
  2. Also tasty as an appetizer.
