Bbq salad with grilled melon, almonds and feta
Salad of grilled cantaloupe melon, smoked almonds, feta, arugula, cremaceto and olive oil.

Light the barbecue or heat the grill pan.

Halve the melon and remove the seeds and the stringy inside. Cut each half into 4 parts and remove the peel.

Grill the melon parts on both sides of the barbecue or in the grill until grill marks are formed. The melon does not have to get hot through and through.

Let the melon cool down. Chop the almonds coarsely. Cut the feta into cubes.

Divide the arugula over a large flat dish. Put the melon on it and divide the feta.

Drizzle with cremaceto and olive oil and sprinkle with the almonds.
