Directions

  1. Cut the radish and spring onion into slices with the help of the food processor (or a sharp knife). Divide with the leaf lettuce on a large scale.
  2. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the sesame seed for 2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly on a plate.
  3. Peel and grate the ginger and mix in a bowl with the oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper and salt.
  4. Drizzle the salad with the dressing and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
