A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (floury), leeks (in half rings), butter, sambal and bean sprouts (125 g).

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil them in water for 25 minutes in salted water. Add the leeks for the last 3 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and leeks. Add the butter and sambal and puree with the puree mash. Put the bean sprouts through and season with salt and pepper. Delicious with delicious jelly beans from the oven and atjar tjampoer.
