A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: tasty tom tomatoes (in parts), red peppers (halved), red pepper (halved), lime (cleaned), garlic (finely chopped), coriander ((15 g) and leaves chopped).

Directions

  1. Remove the seed lists from the tomatoes, paprika and pepper. Cut the flesh of the tomatoes and peppers into small cubes, the pepper into small pieces and put in a bowl.
  2. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Add the grater and juice together with the garlic and coriander to the cut vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Tasty with fish, shrimp, chicken from the barbecue and burritos.
