Fillet steaks with parma ham and sage
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, raw ham (eg Coburger), fillet patties a la minute (plate approx. 300 g), dried sage (jar 10 g) and olive oil.

Turn the table grill to the highest setting.

Sprinkle the filet patties with sage and salt and pepper.

Fold over each piece of meat a slice of raw ham and fix with a cocktail stick.

Brush the meat with the oil and bake for 4 minutes on the grill.
