Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 400 gram half to half minced
- 2 onion shredded
- Winter carrot peeled, into small cubes
- 1 stem celery peeled, into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon thyme dried
- 2 clove garlic shredded
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 200 milliliters full red wine
- 2 vine tomato in small blocks
- 1 beef broth tablet

Directions

Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the chopped flour. Add the onions and fry until golden brown in about 5 minutes.

Stir in the vegetable cubes, dried herbs and garlic and cook for a few more minutes.

Add the tomato puree and fry briefly to deacidify. Pour in the wine and let it boil down slightly at medium height.

Add tomatoes and bouillon tablet and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes with the lid on the pan until the sauce is thicker. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
