Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging and drain. Let the rice stand out and cool down.

Soak the sandwiches in the ketjapmarinadeen with a fork.

Mix the minced meat well with the bread, the meatballs, the onion, the sambal, the peanuts and the eggs.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan and press the minced meat mixture well. Bake at medium height for a few minutes and then bake for about 7 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Drain the baking liquid and carefully turn over the minced omelette. Bake the other side for another 5 minutes until the omelette is cooked inside.

Leave the omelet of the heat source off for a few more minutes.

In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil and stir-fry the leeks to medium high.

Add the rice and fry for a while. Cut the minced meat omelet into pieces or dots and serve with the rice.
