Noodle salad with radish and shrimp
A tasty asian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, sesame seed (100 g container), egg noodles (250 g), (white point) radish, cucumber, Japanese soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), sesame oil (bottle 250 ml), balsamic vinegar, jumbo shrimp (a 125 g), spring onions ((3 pieces), in rings), coriander ((15 g) and only the leaves).

Roast the sesame seed in a frying pan without butter or oil in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate. Cook the noodles al dente according to the instructions on the package. Rinse under the cold tap.

Clean and halve the radishes. Halve the cucumber in the length and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut into slices.

In a large bowl, beat the soy sauce, oil and vinegar to a dressing. Add the noodles, radish, cucumber and shrimp. Divide the salad over 4 bowls or plates. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, spring onions and coriander.
