Slice the onion into small parts and the garlic. Divide the broccoli into florets. Tear the leaves of the basil.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Boil the broccoli in plenty of boiling water with salt for 6 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown, add the garlic.

Cut the cheese into pieces. Drain the farfalle and pour in the fried onion, chunks of cheese and half of the basil.

Spoon the pasta into the baking dish. Divide the broccoli florets over the pasta and cover with the cheese.

Slide the dish into the bottom of the oven and let the cheese melt and golden brown in about 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the rest of the basil over the dish and serve on plates.
