Directions

  1. Cut the turkey into four equal pieces. Sprinkle them around with salt and freshly ground pepper and cover them with basil leaves.
  2. Roll the parma ham around it and brush it around with oil. Roast them over and over in about 10 minutes on the barbecue or in a grill pan.
  3. Tasty with grilled vine tomatoes.
