Tagliatelle with nut sauce

Boil the tagliatelle in a pan with plenty of boiling water with salt in 10-12 minutes al dente.

Grind the walnuts in the food processor.

Add a tablespoon of oregano and whipped cream with salt and freshly ground pepper and mix everything into a sauce.

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and gently fry the garlic.

Stir in the walnut sauce and heat for three minutes while stirring.

Dilute the sauce with a dash of the pasta cooker.

Drain the tagliatelle and pour in the nut sauce.

Divide the pasta with sauce into warm pasta plates and garnish with wafer-thin slices of Parmesan cheese and oregano leaves.
