Spicy oriental noodle salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, soft noodles (2 x 150 g), Japanese soy sauce, lettuce mix (with mustard leaf (100 g)), sesame oil, lemon juice, red peppers (in strips), smoked chicken breast (in slices), cashew nuts and cress.
Bring water to a boil in a kettle and pour into a pan.
Put the wok noodles in a sieve and hang them in the hot water for 1-2 minutes.
Put the wok noodles in a bowl and scoop them with the wok sauce.
Spoon the lettuce with the sesame oil and lemon juice.
Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
Mix the noodles, peppers and lettuce in a bowl and spoon the chicken breast, nuts and cress on top..
