Spicy pasta salad
A tasty spicy pasta salad with grilled zucchini, chorizo pamplona and pesto arrabiata.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and collect 1 cup of cooking liquid. Mix the pesto with 3 tablespoons of cooking water and scoop through the pasta.

Meanwhile cut the chorizo into strips. Halve the peppers and remove the seed lists. Cut the flesh into strips.

Cut the zucchini into strips and the basil fine.

Mix the chorizo, paprika and zucchini through the pasta and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the basil and mozzarella balls.
