Spicy peach soup
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: peaches, laurel leaves, cinnamon stick, cloves, orange juice, sweet white wine, orange liqueur (liquorice), vanilla sugar and crème fraîche.

Peach peaches, remove kernel and cut flesh into pieces. Place the pieces with bay leaf, cinnamon stick and cloves in a pan. Add orange juice and white wine and bring to the boil. Turn down low and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. Remove herbs from pan and puree peaches with hand blender. Stir in the liqueur and let peach soup cool. Cold soup covered in refrigerator and let cold.

Roll the vanilla sugar through crème fraîche. Distribute soup over four deep plates. Make a full tablespoon of vanilla cream in the center of each plate.
