Spinach cream soup with salmon


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, fresh spinach (a 300 g), soup base cream (1 liter), pesto alla genovese (90 g), smoked salmon cubes (a 100 g), baguette and butter.

Directions

  1. Heat oil in soup pan and let spinach shrink in 3 minutes.
  2. Add soup base, bring to the boil and cook gently for 2 minutes.
  3. Take a pan of heat and puree soup with hand blender.
  4. Reheat soup and stir in pesto.
  5. Make soup in bowls and sprinkle some salmon in the middle.
  6. Serve with baguette and butter..
