Boil the eggs in 8 min. Hard, peel and cut into pieces. Wash the leeks under cold running water and cut into rings. Chop the onion.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add the spinach in parts and let it shrink all the time.

Drain in a colander. Push out as much moisture as possible with the convex side of a spoon.

Heat the oil in the wok and saute the leek for 3 minutes. Add the spinach, dairy spread and cheese and heat for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Divide the egg and croutons over the vegetables and serve immediately.
