Spring vegetables with goat cheese honeycomb dip


Snacks of snack cucumbers, scraped carrots and radish, with a dip of goat cheese, sour cream, coarse mustard, honeycomb and cress.

Directions

  1. Crumble the goat's cheese and mix with the sour cream, mustard and honeycomb into a dipping sauce. Add some water if necessary to make the sauce a bit smoother.
  2. Scoop ¾ of cress cress and season with pepper and salt. Garnish with the rest of the cress.
  3. Halve the snack cucumbers and the removed carrots in length and put into bowls. Cut the leaves of the radish, but leave 2 cm.
  4. Serve the dip, bowls of vegetables and radish on a wooden cutting board or large dish.
