Mix honey with lemon juice, pepper and sweet soy sauce. Scoop the meat through and leave for 10 minutes.

Heat the oven grill or use a grill pan or barbecue. Remove the meat from the marinade and store the marinade. Thread the meat alternated with pieces of paprika on the skewers. (put wooden skewers in water to prevent burning).
