Directions

Heat in frying pan half butter and fry potatoes according to directions on packaging. Meanwhile sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Mix lettuce with dressing. Heat in frying pan leftover butter and fry steak in approx. 6 minutes medium.

Cut half of stoneleeks fine and stir in Dijonnaise. Serve steak with Dijonnaise, potatoes and lettuce. Garnish with rest of stoneleeks.
