Steak with piccalillysauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (solid), sprouts (cleaned (bag 350 grams)), butter, steak, onion (chopped), beef broth (from tablet), piccalilly (jar 335 g) and nutmeg.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done. Boil the sprouts in water with salt in 10 minutes until al dente.

Heat 25 g of butter in a frying pan. Fry the steak in 4 min. Brown and remove from the pan. Keep warm under a lid. Fry the onion for 1 min. In the shortening. Add the stock and stir the tins with a spatula. Stir in the piccalilli and heat for another 1 min. Add pepper and salt. Cut the steak into slices.

Drain the sprouts and shake them with 25 g butter, nutmeg and pepper and salt. Pour the piccalilysauce over 4 plates and divide the potatoes and steak. Serve with the sprouts.
