Steak with red wine chocolate sauce
Start with the sauce. Heat a knob of butter in a gourmet pan and fry 1 tsp shredded shallot, ½ clove of crushed garlic and a pinch of thyme.
Extinguish with a dash of meat broth and pour a dash of red wine. Let something boil down.
Stir in ½ teaspoons of chopped dark chocolate and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry the steak in olive oil in another gourmet pan. Serve the meat with the sauce.
