Directions

  1. Start with the sauce. Heat a knob of butter in a gourmet pan and fry 1 tsp shredded shallot, ½ clove of crushed garlic and a pinch of thyme.
  2. Extinguish with a dash of meat broth and pour a dash of red wine. Let something boil down.
  3. Stir in ½ teaspoons of chopped dark chocolate and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fry the steak in olive oil in another gourmet pan. Serve the meat with the sauce.
