Stew with baby potatoes, salami, paprika and capers.

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in water with salt in 10 minutes until done.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the salami into cubes and the bell pepper into strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Bake the salami for 2 minutes. Add the pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
  3. Put the wine and capers in the pan. Cut the fish fillet into pieces (1 piece per person), sprinkle with salt and pepper and place between the peppers.
  4. Cook the fish covered in 8 min. Until done. Meanwhile cut the parsley roughly.
  5. Sprinkle the fish stew with the parsley. Drizzle the balsamic syrup over it and serve with the potatoes.
