Stir-fried lamb in garlic sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red pepper, ready-to-cook spinach (300 g), oil, lamb shank patties à la minute (in strips), garlic (in slices), sugar, Thai fish sauce, light soy sauce, fresh coriander ((15 g) ), chopped) and fresh mint (finely chopped (15 g)).

Clean pepper, remove seeds and cut pepper into long, narrow strips.

Spinach in pan with plenty of boiling water with 1 tsp salt 30 sec.

let it dwindle.

Spinach in colander well drain and all the moisture out.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok or casserole.

Sprinkle lamb strips for 1 min.

Over high heat.

Add garlic, sugar, fish sauce and soy sauce, reduce heat and simmer for another 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, return spinach in pan and shovel with 1 tbsp oil.

Mix half of fresh mint and coriander and season to taste with salt and pepper.

In bowl, mix remaining coriander and fresh mint with red pepper.

Spread spinach on four plates.

Place lamb on spinach and sprinkle with herbs and pepper mixture.

Serve with white rice..
