Summery snow peas with goat cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: solid potatoes (pounds, peeled), snow peas (200 g), garden peas (extra fine (450 g, frozen)), olive oil, red onions (chopped) and goat cheese (honey).

Cut the potatoes into quarters and cook for 15 minutes. Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the snow peas for 3 minutes. Take them out of the pan with a slotted spoon. Add the garden peas to the cooking liquid and cook for 5 minutes. Drain in a colander.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the potatoes and the onions 10 min. Add the snow peas and garden peas after 7 min. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble the goat's cheese and add. Serve immediately.
