Grind half of the cod with the parsley and breadcrumbs in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the rest of the cod into cubes of about 0.5 cm. Mix the cubes with the chopped cod and form 4 burgers.

Grill the burgers in about 5 minutes. In the meantime, mix the onion with the carrot and the salad dressing.

Grill the buns briefly and spread them with the lettuce.
