Directions

  1. Grind half of the cod with the parsley and breadcrumbs in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the rest of the cod into cubes of about 0.5 cm. Mix the cubes with the chopped cod and form 4 burgers.
  3. Grill the burgers in about 5 minutes. In the meantime, mix the onion with the carrot and the salad dressing.
  4. Grill the buns briefly and spread them with the lettuce.
  5. Divide the Chunky Burger Sauce over it, place the fish burger on top and finish with the carrot onion salad.
