Stew, yogurt and coriander
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (solid), olive oil, onions (in rings), winter carrots (in pieces), falafel (a 210 g), Greek yogurt (a 500 g), coriander ((15 g) and coarse cut).
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large pan and fry the onion 2 min. Add the winter carrot and cook for 3 min. Place the potatoes on the winter carrot and add as much water until everything is just below. Add salt to taste. Cook in 20 min. Until done.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the falafel golden brown in 4-5 min.
Mash the potatoes and winter carrots with the puree pestle. Add the yogurt and coriander and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the falafel.
